On Wednesday afternoon the annual general meeting of the Eastern Hotels Association took place at the Dusit Thani hotel in North Pattaya.
            The meeting was chaired by Pattaya mayor Khun Itipon who led the organizing committee which had been given the task of preparing for the election of a new management board. As is now standard at these kinds of meetings a power point presentation was used to impart the salient points of the meeting. Attendees sat transfixed in the way people do when confronted with a slide show followed by a series of speeches.
