Early on Monday Morning, Police and Police Volunteers were called to a massage shop located in Soi Pattayaland 2 off Pattaya Beach Road after staff members reported the presence of two men, one armed with a gun, who had threatened a staff member. The two men were located nearby and identified as the two suspects by staff members of the shop. One of them was in possession of a loaded handgun and was found to be the younger brother of a former staff member. The suspect was angry that her sister had lost her job and decided to threaten and scare current employees who had apparently forced her to quit her job. Nothing was taken and no one was injured during the incident. The two men were charged with possession of a firearm and threatening behavior.
