Sawang Boriboon Rescue volunteers were called to a condominium complex on Sukhumvit Road in central Pattaya on Wednesday afternoon to attend to a 25-year-old Thai female who had fallen from a second-floor balcony.
            The woman had locked her door when she left her room earlier in the day but when she returned her key would not unlock her door. She therefore knocked on her neighbour’s door and asked if she could use her balcony to climb out and enter her own room. Unfortunately, the plan didn’t work out as she expected as gravity and a poor grip saw her fall a few metres to the ground.
            The woman suffered an injured back and pelvis and was taken to Banglamung hospital to undergo specialist treatment.
